Hi

I'm new here... I joined to ask how to get in touch with the copyright holder for "Make me Smile". I arrange music for choir, and I'd like to find out if it might be possible to have permission to arrange "Make me Smile" for choir.

Please email me: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thanks!
Mike

Hi Mike
You don't need permission.
Please arrange the song for choir and
we'd love to hear it - Merry Christmas, Helen ans all at Comeuppance

Yes, I'd like to hear a version of that neat and tidy diatonic progression imbibed with the Rebel espirit d'ecore, figured in four parts too as I have toyed around with it at slower tempos and a different figuring and voice leadings; I'd love to hear it when your done and it seems a lovely place for it, free of grammar cops and people hunting for parallel fifths; True busking Royalty not imposing all that ridiculous intellectual property and ownership but sharing in a spirit of song and returning to the Art that owns us not us it, God luv em. They don't call him Captain Nice for nothin'. God speed with it.
