the album i was trying to remember is called DEAR ANYONE on DJM records and steve sings on a track called PANDORA LUV CRAZY HORSE

on the alan parsons project album 'I robot' steve harley sung lead vocals on a track called the voice,good song actually and no mistaking steves voice on there,but does not contain the aforementioned lyrics :(
