As the dust settles on 2011 and the new year is but a short hop away, I'd just like to thank Steve and the boys for the moments of joy they have brought me this year...

First was at Glenrothes... Although the audience were a little reserved the gig itself was brilliant... Being able to hear all the songs in such an intimate and respectful situation was a great pleasure. The moment you broke into "Best Years" had me in floods of tears and so many memories and magical moments trickled from my eyes..

and: Oran Mohr... What a difference!! A much more upbeat crowd and a performance to match.. You almost didn't need to sing as the crowd took over and sang every word... at the top of their voices.. I've been bouncing around ever since..

So, again, Thanks for those moments... always something so surreal..

Happy New Year (when it comes) to everybody... Wishing you and your families Good Health for the coming year...
