Ah, same as you Mr Raffles, I didn't think of BBD when drawing up my top 3. I remember seeing several posters/pictures of Steve in that jacket with the heavily fur-lined collar - whatever happened to that I wonder? Perhaps it could make a reappearance onstage as well.
