MAKE ME SMILE STEVE HARLEY ROCK star Steve Harley is playing his smallest-ever concert to raise thousands of pounds for charity. The Cockney Rebel singer will perform one of his hits to an audience of just one to collect a £10,000 cheque for Children In Need. Harley made the gig pledge during a recent BBC Radio Two charity show. The offer includes free concert tickets, dinner, a signed guitar and a personal mini-concert “home visit” by the star. And now a generous German fan has won the auction so Steve will fly over to play the requested song (Love) Compared With You at the man’s home in Cologne. Successful bidder Gregor Koenig said: “I’ve always loved Steve’s music. I’ve been a huge fan since his early days.”
