Before the photo shoot Steve had told the model that they'd get her off the plinth before the tide came in. Now he was looking worried.
Where were those fellas giving donkey rides on Crosby beach?

Hi Lee, it says in a recent diary that Comeuppance is the record company, so it won't make any difference to th artis's income whether we buy from HMV, on-line of from the website shop. Love what I've read elsewhere about Billy Sloan's comments, all sounds very exciting. It's such an evocative cover too, artwork that hints at great music...

Amamzing cover, there is no such thing as coincidence; my 2 most favorite artists in the world are Steve and Anthony Gormley.

My family and all those I've turned on to this great record love the cover, Steve. So much mystery. Is that the Stranger, the Iron Man, because he is cold-blooded, whereas the Minstrel (you0 and the female, glamorous and looking to oblivion, or the future, are of this world - except you don't write like most! Hope that's not too convoluted a reading of a very clever and witty cover.

hi steve coming to see ya at queens scotland with some life time fans zander and wendy wee request for yo their track is tumbling down could you play this for them or any other track they are best mates of mine and this is the first tme we have all managed to be together with you many thanks jim f the older we become the more reality fades away.

Hi Steve, it was so good to see you after such a long time, my daughter and I came to see you at Bristol's Colston Hall on 1st June, I moved from Bristol last year to a village near Swansea, my daughter Sian is 23 and brought up on a diet of your music which she loves almost as much as I do. I came to Cardiff's St. David's Hall on the 9th June which was also phenonomal, standing ovations both nights, I don't know what the writer of Evening Post's cover of the show was on about. I love the older material, my favourites inc Ride the Waves, Ballerina but I love the new album, very good writing Steve, can't wait to see you again, best wishes and love as always, Kathryn x
