Stewart, Steve has owned the Tin Man (The Wandering Minstrel, he knows it as) for 30 years. It was given to him by a fan after one of the Venue, Victoria shows. It's a wind-up mechanical toy, made by Music Decor that plays "Rock-A-By-Baby"
