Both the Cliffs and Palace are great venues, however how they are run leaves a lot to be desired. They oversold Paul Weller tickets for a gig last week, leaving people with valid tickets unable to see the show. Now no tickets available to see Steve and the boys on due release day. Please Southend sort yourselves out!! It's Frustrating for us live music fans...
