Feels good to see a new list of Live dates published. Pity the right halls in a few cities were not available for the times we could have been there. Rehearsal time is booked and, besides, with a new album out there in the spring, doing its bit for the cause, anything could happen later in the year. We never know.

Perhaps my latest diary posting was ambiguous. I hear some readers have been searching for my face on the Cregan Abbey Road track film. “Was sorry and said so...” meant that I had said sorry to Jim that I couldn’t be there, because I was, myself, in the studio at that time.  “It was vital I did not let it (my studio time) go...” But watch the film anyway. And download the track to help the cause – another cause, not mine!

Ah dunno - too much energy by far. Live dates, still writing, new album. Does this man not own a pair of slippers?
